Step 0: If you don't want to deal with any of these hassles, you can call @MTS for a professional service anywhere in the world.  They fix computers over the Internet. 

Step 1:  Click     to see if you can play this unprotected video.   If are able to see and hear the video, go to Part 2. 

If your Internet Explorer shows the following screen when you try to play e-Learning, then

On your Internet Explorer window, click "Tools" then "Internet Options".  You will see the screen below.  Click on "Programs" then click on "Manage add-ons" as indicated by hands.

Select Windows Media Player (darkened line), confirm that it is disabled, then select enable radio button as indicated by hands.

Click "OK." then restart the Internet Explorer. 

If you can now play this video     now go to Part 2.

If this didn't fix the problem, then you can call  @MTS for a professional service.

Part 2 

Click  to see if you can play this DRM protected test video.

    If you can see and hear the video, then you are ready.  If you get an error, then go to step 2

Step 2:  Download the latest Microsoft Media Player from here and install it.  Then see if   video plays.

    If the video plays, then you are ready.  If you get an error, then go to step 3

Step 3: Open Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options".  Then select "Use HTTP 1.1" and "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connection" options as shown below.  Then click OK to close it.

Step 3: Run this Security component upgrade from Microsoft.  Then see if   video plays.

    If the video plays, then you are ready.  If you get an error, or the "Upgrade" button is grayed out, then go to step 4

This will be a radical step.  This step will erase all previous DRM licenses from your computer.  Warning!  It means you will not be able to play movies or songs (WMV files and WMA files) you legally purchased and downloaded from Internet music stores.  Or you can call  @MTS for a professional service.

Steps 4:

1. Open any folder,
2. then click on “Tools”
3. then “Folder Options”
4. Choose “View” tab
5. Select “Show hidden files and folders” (pointed by a hand on the right)
6. Unselect “Hide protected operating system files” against the recommendation.  (pointed by a hand on the right) This will make the DRM folder visible.
7. Then, go to the DRM folder. It is
   C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\
   In some other machines, and it is
   D:\Profiles\All Users
   in other machines
8. Delete the content of the DRM folder.  Warning!  This act will disable all other DRM media files you bought at iTune and other outlets. 
9. Then see if    video plays.  If not, open Microsoft Media Player, click "Tools" (you may have to right click the top bar of the media player to get the menu) then "Options".
10. Select "Privacy" tab.  Then you will see a window that look like the one below.
11. Check "Download usage rihts automatically when I play or sync a file" check box.
12. Then see if    video plays. If it still does not work, call @MTS for a professional service.
